I just thought I’d let you know the Home Office looks great. Hopefully, Kim’s desk will be installed on Friday and he can sort himself out. He’s already moved a lot of his books.
I also wanted to tell you that the installer, Eddie, was fantastic and we’d be happy to have him back to install the bedroom furniture. In fact, when the installation happens we’d like to request Eddie if he was available. He was a fantastic worker, polite, easy to get along with, cleaned up any mess and I’d mark him 10/10.

Stan did a great job installing our products - he was friendly (especially to our curious 2yr old son!) and very tidy. While he didn’t explain the system in detail it wasn’t necessary as we had a very simple installation.
We are thrilled with our new walk/in and cupboards - they meet our needs exactly (maximized storage brilliantly) and look fantastic. We would absolutely use your company again - the experience, quality and value for money has made us very happy customers.

I saved most of my questions for when our designer visited and I was very happy with the visit. Susan Chowne (our designer) was early, courteous and knowledgeable. Full options were explained when we reviewed the design at the showroom.
The installer used our garage for cutting and sanding on day 2 without asking. I was not pleased with the dust over our belongings but it was all cleaned up when I asked. The installer did not go over the system with us.

This week you guys put internals into my wardrobe and built me a few cupboards. Love them, they are phenomenal.
But I just wanted to make a point of writing to you saying that Viviana Winterflood, the sales woman that came out, was so lovely and wonderful… and really understood my needs and went above and beyond designing the cupboards (and squeezing me in so soon after the appointment).
And Michael, the carpenter, was truly one of the nicest people I have ever met. As you would know, his work is fantastic, but he himself was such a lovely person and such a hard worker.
Because of Viv and Michael I would certainly recommend to many people that they should come to Creative by Design for their needs.

As you may know we reside in a retirement complex containing 98 villas, the majority of which are now occupied with some still under construction. The operator plans to build a further 100 units on adjoining land purchased recently. It occurred to us that your company may be interested in providing some literature on your products for residents both current and prospective.
Whilst the villas are sold complete with wardrobes etc, there are some people like us who preferred to have their own configuration and the Village operator is quite receptive to such alterations carried out at owner’s expense…….
